SIGNIFICANT TERMS
- The promotion is only valid for players living in the United Kingdom who are 21 years or over.
- Any in-play bets (singles and multiples) placed on tennis will qualify. Multiple bets where one or more selections are not in-play tennis (e.g. football, horse racing, etc) will not qualify.
- Qualifying bets must be settled between 00:01 on Monday and 23:59 on Sunday.
- 10% of losses will be refunded as cash if your net position is a loss after each week’s play. Maximum refund per week is £5,000.
- Minimum cash refund of £1.
- 10% of losses will be refunded as cash by 12:00 on the Monday following the previous weeks play.

- Cashed out bets do not count towards this offer.
- Non-runners/voided bets or bets placed using a free bet do not count towards this offer.
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Fitzdares promotion.
- Fitzdares reserves the right to amend these rules at any time.
- Fitzdares reserves the right to cancel an entry to the promotion, terminate any account and withhold any promotional benefits at any time and/ or take such other action as it deems appropriate in its absolute discretion, in particular, but without limitation in respect if we suspect a player is abusing this offer.
- Fitzdares reserves the right to void any bets pre-event and return money to players account that follow a predetermined pattern of suspected bonus abuse.
